He considers the rational perception based on reasoning incomplete in this field and only observes the trick as the the یکی از آثار مغفول‌مانده شیخ در شناخت نظام فکری و فلسفی او تعلیقات وی بر اثولوجیای منسوب به ارسطوست. این تعلیقات که به صورت پراکنده بر مواضعی از اثولوجیا نوشته شده‌اند موضوعات گوناگونی از خداشناسی، نفس‌شناسی، عقول و مبادی نخستین، ادراک حقیقت مبدأ اول و مسائل بسیار دیگری را در برمی‌گیرند. محورهای مهم مورد توجه شیخ در این تعلیقات نخست نفس‌شناسی و دیگر ارتباط نفس با مبدأ اول است. در محور نفس‌شناسی تعلیقات شیخ علاوه بر شرح جنبۀ انتقادی نیز دارد و به‌ویژه وجود نفس قبل از پیدایش بدن و یا واجد بودن ادراکات و معارفی را قبل از ارتباط با بدن برای آن نمی‌پذیرد و در محور ارتباط نفس با مبدأ اول و درک حقیقت کمال و جمال او ادراک عقلانی و مبتنی بر استدلال را در این زمینه ناتمام می‌داند و تنها مشاهدۀ حقه را راه درک آن حقیقت به شمار می‌آورد. در مجموع می‌توان گفت شیخ در http://www.javidankherad.ir/article_230031_1ecc87c2bb96da6e2efac3802207bd6c.pdf
