In this paper, I will attempt to examine the meaning and justification of moral intuition and I will support the view that moral intuition is a kind of rational appearance which has value content. This paper answers the question that how moral intuition stops the regress of justification of moral beliefs and how to justify basic moral beliefs? Firstly this paper refers to the negative and affirmative aspects of moral intuition and then analyzes the nature of the justification of moral intuition and then suggests two models of justification of moral intuition: introspective account of moral intuition and reliability of moral intuitions. Either of these theories help to justify a person in his moral beliefs and stop the regress of basic moral beliefs. Finally, the conditions of intuitive justification such as moral impartiality will be expressed معرفت‌شناسان معاصر در مورد معنا و توجیه شهود و شهود اخلاقی دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی دارند. نگارنده در این نوشتار درصدد بررسی معنا و توجیه شهود اخلاقی است و این دیدگاه را می‌پذیرد که شهود اخلاقی گونه‌ای از نمود عقلانی است که محتوایی ارزشی دارد. این مقاله به این سؤال پاسخ می‌دهد که شهود اخلاقی چگونه سلسله توجیه باورهای اخلاقی را متوقف ساخته و باورهای مبنا را توجیه می‌کند؟ در این مقاله ابتدا به ویژگی‌های ایجابی و سلبی شهود اخلاقی اشاره شده و سپس ماهیت توجیه شهود اخلاقی، تحلیل می‌شود و به دو مدل تبیین درون‌گرایانه و اعتمادپذیری شهود اخلاقی اشاره می‌شود. هریک از دو نظریه کمک می‌کنند که باورهای فرد توجیه شده و تسلسل توجیه باورهای اخلاقی متوقف شوند. در نهایت شرایط توجیه شهودی از قبیل بی‌طرفی اخلاقی بیان می‌شوند. http://www.javidankherad.ir/article_32919_db35739b2480ba8a3aadbbf1999a2382.pdf
